"Today began as a very stressful day. I was involved in a car accident (VW CC NJ R25ECC) and the car needed to be towed out of the Garden Parkway. However, as soon as your operator from Elizabeth, NJ, Matt came in he shook hands with the Trooper and then treated me very professionally to the point that I became at ease. Not only that, Matt then proceeded to offer me a ride to my school so I could serve my students. "The kids need their vice principal!" "I called in a tow at 10:07 CT for a truck/trailer of ours that hit a low bridge in Newark, NJ. The wrecker was on site in less than 25 minutes and had the trailer to the final by 10:49 CT. Your associate Ramon displayed a myriad of extravagant qualities. I’ll give some background on the situation, my vehicle’s radiator overheated thus I pulled over on the Garden State Parkway. After calling Triple-A, they transferred me to a Tumino’s Operator. After letting him know my location, Ramon appeared way earlier than the operator expected. Instantly he approached the car and said asked if I and my friends were okay. To see such altruism after freezing and being fearful of the future put us all at ease. Besides being charismatic, Ramon also displayed his professionalism. He talked us step by step about what would happen, and never kept us in the dark for a second. I’ve been towed in the past by quiet and even rude people (from AAA to clarify). So to see such kindness really uplifted what was at first horrible night. I am writing to you in regards to your employee Ramon. Ramon was dispatched to my accident yesterday evening and was a huge help. He did more than his job. He was there faster to the scene then the state police were once they called him to come. He also made sure I was safe and helped talk me through the shock I had after the accident.
